Help

We're here for you. Ask the assistant or write to us: we reply within 30–60 minutes.

Every step, from your first sign-in to everything the site can do.

Finish your profile

Step 1 of 9

Tell us your level, why you're learning and how much time you have each week. If you don't know your level, say so — it settles itself as you use the site. Your tutor reads these answers before the first lesson.

Complete your profile

Choose the language you're learning

Step 2 of 9

Top left of the study area there's the language switcher. Everything else — materials, exercises, missions, tutors — follows it: the languages never mix.

Go to the study area

Find your tutor

Step 3 of 9

Filter by goal, price and free hours. Every tutor has an intro video — watch it before you book. You can change tutor whenever you like; nothing ties you down.

Find a tutor

Book your first lesson

Step 4 of 9

Pick a free slot in your tutor's calendar and confirm. Times show in YOUR timezone — the one in your profile, not your computer's. You'll get an email and a reminder; you can move a lesson up to 12 hours before.

Step 5 of 9

The button appears on your dashboard shortly before the start. There's a check room first for your mic and camera: do use it, because without a mic the lesson analysis can't be made. Inside you have chat, whiteboard and screen sharing.

Step 6 of 9

Grammar, readings, vocabulary, verbs and exercises that regenerate each time. In a reading, tap a word to see its translation, its part of speech and hear it. All of this is free — you only pay for Nova and the lesson analysis.

Open the materials

Talk to Nova whenever you like

Step 7 of 9

Nova is the AI tutor: talk or type, any time, and she corrects you gently. “Missions” are conversations with a real goal — order at a café, book a room — that tick themselves off when you actually do them.

Try a mission

See how you're doing

Step 8 of 9

After every lesson there's an analysis: how much you spoke versus your tutor, recurring mistakes, and what went well. Progress shows your route map and your level as it grows.

Step 9 of 9

The Help page has this guide, the frequent questions, and a way to write to us directly. A person answers, not a robot — and the reply lands there and in your inbox.
