Watch out for molto, poco, troppo, tanto: as ADVERBS (before an adjective or after a verb) they are invariable (una ragazza molto simpatica, mangio troppo). As ADJECTIVES (before a noun) they agree (molti libri, poche idee, troppa gente).
La negazione
The negative adverb non is always placed before the verb: non parlo, non ho capito. With other negative adverbs (mai, più, ancora, nessuno) double negation is used: non... mai, non... più.
